Hi I’m Erika, the face and creator behind Along the Bulrush Handcrafted. The brand that I have created is inspired by the world around me; growing up in a small town and living in a place where being exposed to and experiencing nature regularly, has been the largest contribution and inspiration to my business and the products that I create. I wake up every day with the goal to inspire, evoke calmness and peace and hope that my products provide you a sense of balance; exactly what being immersed in nature does for me. A few things about me… I grew in small-town Uxbridge, ON and now live on a private little lake in the hamlet of Zephyr (where the inspiration for my name came from); I LOVE hiking, especially in the mountains, curling up with a good book and a cup of coffee, country music, spending time with my dogs, cooking, and most of all, creating!
