When will my order ship?

Orders normally take 2-4 business days to process. This does not include transit time.

 

How can I track my order?

Tracking is offered on all shipments. You will only receive your tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

 

My order has been shipped but it has the wrong address on it.

All orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility. The customer will have to resubmit a new order. Along the Bulrush will not be responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with shipment to an incorrect address.

 

How do I make a return/exchange?

 We are happy to provide you a refund or store credit if you make the request within 14 days of shipment. Please send all requests to alongthebulrush@gmail.com and allow for 24-48 hours for a response. Returns can be sent through your local post office, however, please note that the return shipping is not covered and is at your expense.

 

How long do refunds on my credit card take?

You will see your refund within 2-5 business days from the processing date. However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 business days for your funds to be reflected on your statement.

 

Can I return an item I purchased on sale?

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 

What is the Holiday Return Policy?

All full priced items purchased between November 1st and December 24th are eligible for exchange or store credit only, up until January 15th.

No refunds. No returns or exchanges on any sale items as all sale items are marked as FINAL SALE.
