Washing Your Board 

~ Clean after use. Wash with warm, soapy water. Be sure to wash all sides; wood grain reacts to moisture by swelling. If swelling is not uniform, it may warp the board. 

~ After washing, wipe off excess moisture and place board on its edge to dry uniformly. 


~ DO NOT soak your board.

~ DO NOT place in dishwasher or microwave. 

Reconditioning Your Board

~ If your board starts to dry out, recondition it with any food-safe mineral oil. 

~ Apply a generous amount of oil to the entire board and let dry for 24 hours. 

~ Wipe off any excess. 

~ Repeat as needed.
